Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our baby food products, we unfortunately do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged or spoiled.
- You received the wrong item.
- There is a quality concern that we determine warrants a refund after review.
To request a refund, please email us at contact@prachirajfoods.in with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Video of the product
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges due to food safety regulations. However, if you received an incorrect item, we will send the correct one at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products purchased more than 2 days ago
- Opened or used items (unless defective)
- Products not purchased directly from our official website or authorized retailers
