How to Start Solid food for your babies?? A Complete Guide for New Parents

For the first 6 Months, babies Should be given only breast milk. Exclusive Breastmilk for 6 months is Recommended because:

  • it provides Complete Nutrition
  • it stregthens immunity
  • it supports healthy growth
  • it protects from infections.

Once your baby turn 6 month , you can begin introducing Solid foods gradually while continuing breastfeeding.

In Certain situations:

Starting Solid early should only be done after Consulting a Pediatrician, without consultation dont start Early solid food.

Follow these Important Sreps for Safe Weaning:

Do not mix Multiple new Foods Together initially. Give only one food per day.

begin with 2-3 Spoons and slowly increase the Quantity as your Baby adopts.

Always give a new Food for 3 Consecutive Days before introducing another one. for example you Start Apple puree, then continue giving apple for three days.this helps you monitor digestion and Check for allergic reactions.

Some Babies may React to certain foods. watch out for:

  • Irritability
